How booking works
Booking is simple, and an account is needed so your spot is truly held. Here is exactly what happens, before you ever click book.
Why you need an account
Our booking system holds your spot, tracks your bookings, and sends your confirmation, so it needs your email and a few basic details. It is quick, and it means your class is genuinely reserved for you.

Choose your booking path
Whether you're new to InShape or a returning member, select the option that suits your needs to book your spot with us.
I'm new here
- Choose your class. We keep it visible the whole time.
- Choose 'I'm New' to create your account.
- Enter your details. An email is required so we can hold your spot and send confirmation.
- Select or purchase the membership, pass, or class option if one is needed.
- Accept the waiver and studio policies.
- Complete payment if payment applies.
- You are returned to the class you picked, no re-searching.
- Your booking is completed.
- You see a clear success screen and get a confirmation email.
I already have an account
- Choose your class. It stays visible.
- Log in. If you forgot your password, reset it in one tap.
- You are returned to the class you picked.
- Confirm your reservation.
- You see your confirmation and your upcoming booking.
NO DEAD ENDS

Every booking hiccup has a clear next step. You are never sent to a blank page or left guessing.

Join the waitlist and we will let you know if a spot opens.
