Our journey since 2006
InShape Ladies Fitness was founded in 2006 as a women-only studio and community. We have been part of the Mandarin neighborhood of Jacksonville for nearly twenty years, and that community has always been the heart of the place.
Today, InShape is owned by Kaitlyn Vargo, a certified yoga instructor who is carrying our mission forward. What has stayed constant is simple: women supporting women, every age and body welcome, and real named instructors who know you.
We are proud to be built for women by women, and to keep a space where every shape is beautiful.
